Don’t handsew over a shag rug unless you have a magnetic pin cushion. Or just don’t drop your needle in a shag rug.
Hubby said it was like trying to find a needle in a shag rug… It’s a ribbon shag rug from Home Depot. Cute, right?
Anyway, after I recovered my needle I (almost) completed my New Look 6910.

I buy magnetic bars from the dollar store and wave them like a wand whenever my dog knocks over my pins (which is often…). Looking forawrd to seeing the finished dress!

Oh man, I’m ALWAYS dropping pins, and even though they’re the ones with little coloured heads, I still find them hard to spot sometimes LOL… I can’t imagine trying to find them in a shag rug! ^__^
